Return Policy
No Returns on Figure, Wall and 3D Lenticular Posters and Keychains.

All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased from our store, except as explicitly mentioned below.

Exceptions: Returns will only be accepted in the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will require clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect, as well as the original packaging. If the return is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item, and upon verification, we will either send you the correct item or issue a refund.

Return Authorization: You must obtain prior authorization from our customer service team by emailing wicksandfigs@gmail.com before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Original Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Refund Process: For eligible returns, refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Final Sale Items: Certain items may be designated as final sale, and no returns will be accepted for these items. This information will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Cancellations: We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.
Returns on our Candles:
If you are not satisfied with your purchased for any reason, you may return the item to us by contacting our customer service team at wicksandfigs@gmail.com. You will need a confirmation email from us before sending any items.
- All returns with our candles must be new and unused condition. Any used candles won't be accepted.
- Please note that any items to be return, you will be responsible for all return shipping expenses. We recommend to use a tracking service for any returns.
- Refunds will be made after we inspect the condition of the item upon receiving. Then, we will process the refund or exchange.
- If by any chance the items is defective or damaged, please contact us at wicksandfigs@gmail.com for further actions.
